Lisa approached me regarding a job in finance, an area that I hadnt ever considered before. I was actively searching for a job in a new field, but hadnt yet decided what I was going to do. Id applied for various jobs with local councils and charities, but hadnt considered a school. She has been successful in placing me in a position with Westcountry Schools Trust, and I couldnt be more grateful. After an initial conversation she was able to naturally recognise where my existing skills could be used in this field. I hadnt really considered it as an option before, so a fresh perspective on this was really useful. As it turns out, I feel like I naturally fit into the world of finance. Throughout the application she has been incredibly attentive and helpful. Ive never felt pressured, or left wondering what happens next. I genuinely believe that she cares about the people she deals with, and wants them to be happy in their job.
