My 85 year old mum was losing signal and TV stations and it needed sorting. Called Aerial Services who came within 2 days. Got the problem sorted really quickly and now all stations are restored and signal is top notch. Mike and son (Mike) both really friendly and super helpful. Mums happy so I'm happy. Thanks.

Great service from Aerial Services. Living in the sticks and failing to even get a response from Fibre suppliers about a better internet than BT ( 1.3mb download and non existent upload). Surrounded by trees the only place for our Starlink was the top of a very high chimney. Mike easily scaled the chimney, did a beautiful job hiding the cable and we now have super fast broadband and live streaming in 4K. Highly recommend! ( this is the third time we have used them)

Came out with reference to installing a TV ariel for free view. We had a Sky dish and Fred advised us to get a Free View Box which would work without need to install new ariel. This ended up with Fred not getting any work from us. So refreshing to deal with a Company that wernt out to just make money for the sake of it. Highly reccomend this company for their honesty & integrity.

We are so pleased with the work that Mike and his son Michael did in our house today, it was a complex installation due to where the original sockets were placed in our new build and with us wanting the wires completely hidden, and they have done an amazing job - the TV looks absolutely brilliant up on the wall and there are no wires in sight! I really do admire their patience to get the wires through our complicated walls and to the original socket. They also installed an aerial up in our loft at the same time, and the price was really reasonable for it all. Both Mike and his son were really friendly, and very respectful of our house, which is hard to come by these days! I would highly recommend them, and we will certainly be having them back in the future!

The son came and did the work and was fine. When he had a query a few weeks later, the father answered the phone and was dismissive, did not listen and was bordering on downright rude to both me and my mother. Would never deal with him again. Unacceptable. Apologies, I don't know how to respond to a response but - to the owner- I'm not sure what you mean when you say you have spoken with me regarding this issue. Because you have not. The issue was not settled regarding my contact and I was most definitely not satisfied. Not sure where you got that impression as you haven't talked to me, or my Mother about it. I would rather you didn't post a response claiming you have settled this with me when you have made zero contact with me. Thanks, Jennie
