        Having had a few councillors many years ago I thought I knew what to expect but Lauren was honestly life changing. She is everything you look for in a good councillor- professional and non judgemental. I was really nervous for our first session but she quickly put me at ease, her work with me over a few months honestly changed y entire life for the better and I have learn so many amazing mechanisms and tools to take with me for the rest of my life. I can not recommend her enough. Invest into yourself and take that first step and trust Lauren to help you!
