They're about as useful as an anchor when you're drowning. Try to make an appointment or get someone to help you with what they're actually for -work - and the clueless prats will keep you waiting for ages. Masters in admin. Clueless in getting results. Waste of tax money for cretins who sit around all day in their pretty glasses looking "professional" but quite inept. Typical British clowns. I wish I had my hands and then I could give them four thumbs down !
