I used this service for Fit To Fly COVID testing& certification on February 2022 to fly via Singapore to NZ. They were one of the few providers who said they could meet the 48 hour pre departure testing requirement. The test onsite was easy & quick with no queue (but you do need to book). Tested at 0930 and results were received by email within 24 hours at 0440 the following morning. This has the advantage that I could print out my results prior to departure for the airport. The documentation was thorough & fully compliant with Ll requirements. Thoroughly recommended.

Ordered a pcr test and a day two return to the UK lateral flow test that should of been posted to my residence ready for my arrival. Its day two and still nothing has arrived. I called the number and was told I now need to do a 2 hour round trip to go collect it. (bearing in mind you have to isolate until a clear test is done )This is unacceptable and not what I agreed when I booked and payed good money for there testing. Terrible. Especially how much money they charge for their services.

This company is unreliable wouldn't trust them again, due to them losing our pcr tests (from 2 separate clinics) which resulted in losing our ferry crossing which cost a lot of money. They still send me pointless emails of their offers yet still haven't responded to our complaints and still no refund. Go elsewhere!
