Nice rooms, great facility. Property manager Paige has given me a really nice tour of all different apartments they have available and extremely helpful. The building is very quiet and all apartments have lovely views in one of the nicest and most historical area of Exeter. The location is near both the high street and the Exeter canal.

Great room layouts, safe building and clean hallways. Friendly and helpful management as well as on sight staff. Prompt with replacement of electrical appliances and do more than they are supposed to make you comfortable.

Dont choose here or you want waste you money! Weed smell everywhere and the reception never care! extremely disappointed. The management team is the most worse I have ever seen so far. I have lived in UK for 5 years and I have the worst living experience in this accommodation. The most poor reception service. We share the garbage bin store with some local residents. Obviously, a lot of conflicts happened. I have recently been attacked by one of the residents (not students) but the reception seems not likely to take the responsibility. I have called the emergency number first but the phone was switched off. Then I called another number they provided, they replied as this number doesnt deal with community issue, please email the reception tomorrow. However they usually reply email extremely slow and only on board on Tuesday and Thursday. So I called the police because I think it wasquite urgent. After I called the police, the reception has replied me on other day by saying they will not take the responsibility cuz I was supposed to tell them rather than the police. Ridiculous! Stop booking this accommodation cause they never care about their customers at all
