Very poor service. Took gutter down but did not have gutter to put up. Property ended up with no gutter for two weeks. Eventually installed but have had problems since. Never showed up to sort any issues. Will inform trading standards. Service: Gutter installation

***DO NOT USE THEM*** We went with H. Cooper property care as their quote was good and they convinced us that they were trustworthy and would fix the leak in our roof no matter what it took. They came out the first time and were only here approx 2 hours but assured us the work needed was done and if the leak continued they would be out again. A few weeks later the leak reappeared. We called the owner and asked him to come out again. It was some months before they did. Again, the leak came back. We tried a third time to get them to come out and we kept being told they would come out but they didnt. We were given promises but left waiting for months. In the end they came out, over a year after first working on the roof and only after threatening legal action (at this point the owner was avoiding all communication and we felt we had no choice) of course they then came out and spent almost a whole day working on the roof. It now appears to be fixed. They caused lot of stress for us, not to mention a leak in our bedroom for over a year. But the icing on the cake (and reason for leaving this review) was the state they left our loft and insulation in after their last visit (see picture below). Steer clear of this company unless its a simple job they can do quickly. Anything more than that seems beyond them - despite what the owner claims. Service: Roof repair
