Hometrust is a great company, really quick to resolve issues at my student property. Very clear terms and good for my 2 years renting with them. Aly and the team are so helpful and welcoming.

I let with Hometrust for 2 years while studying at Exeter. We had a few issues throughout the year and they were very quick to provide help and support. I would especially like to extend my thanks to Aly, who regularly went above and beyond to help us out. My one major regret regards the return of the deposit at the end of my final tenancy with them. We were initially charged a lot of money for minimal cleaning work, however after dealing some back and forth came to a slightly more reasonable agreement. Regardless, I have given them a five star review as they were so hands on and wonderful until this point, just make sure you leave your house spotless when you move out.
