        Fantastic location, great flat and super handy having a gym on site. The best part about Platform Exeter, however, is the concierge, Leah. She is an absolute star. A consummate professional, Leah is always available and willing to deal with any queries or issues. She has looked after us exceptionally well over the 2 years we have lived here and she is one of the main reasons we have extended our lease yet again! Brian, head of on site maintenance, is also a dream to deal with. He's always happy to help. The two of them are just fantastic and the place would not be the same without either of them.

        Lived here for six months, right in the centre of Exeter. Loved it!! Super friendly on-site team that look after your every need. Leah, the concierge, is a legend and Brian the technician is always on hand to fix anything!!! Highly recommended.
