Fitness Superstore Exeter

Currently the store has been very supportive with and issue with my bow flex M9. Since purchase this machine has failed to work as sold. The store has been helpful in finding a resolution so far. Will up date as this process progresses.

myself and my wife purchased a nautilus recumbent exercise bike three months ago the service was excellent James and Brad were very knowledgeable and we got to try the various machines until we made our decision the delivery was arranged and was all on time could not fault the service as I run my own small business MK Vinyl 2 Cd in Exmouth it means I can hop on the exercise bike when time suits me would happily recommend

This company deletes negative (yet justified) reviews on products available from their website. I received a dumbbell rack with very damaged packaging and very poor instructions and no tools to build the rack provided. I provided a review of the product on their website based on my experience and it has subsequently been deleted. Extremely dubious 5 out of 5 reviews are on products all over the site. The products on the site may well be absolutely fine, but when your honest and justified criticism is deleted, it doesn't look good. Find pictured how my parcel arrived, which was a part of my product review which is no longer visible on the site.
