I would like to express my absolute gratitude to Holly(exeter branch) for her patience and attention when trying to get the perfect holiday experience for my daughter(when her travelling companion dropped out of the month long trip!) She was very professional and 'human' when trying to get the best for my daughter! She went above and beyond!(and some) I have nothing but admiration for her, and hope that the company appreciate the lengths she has gone too,to get the best outcome for my daughter! She really is an asset to the company and I hope that we weren't too much of a pain for her!?(she never made us feel like we were!?) Thank you Holly,you are amazing! Sarah and Alice
