Lovely customer service, greeted with a smile, shown to the dressing room, the lovely lady even carried the top there for me. Pushed the curtain back. Once I come out greeted with another smile, asking if everything was OK, and it sure was! Loved the silk blouse I found. She carried it to the till and folded and wrapped it for me. I haven't experienced such quality customer service and kindness in a clothes shop in Exeter for a long time. Pure joy. Thankyou very much. So genuine, Keep being you lovely lady. Will be back.

You know it's terrible customer service when the store manager refuses to give you her name... Spent 118 on jeans, only for the pocket to break within 8 months. Because I am only covered for 6 months, I was told there was nothing that can be done. I've had jeans from Primark of better quality! Definitely won't be shopping here again and coupled with the terrible customer service I received, I think I'll stick with Primark! Ellie the store manager (or at least that's the name she reluctantly gave me) sets a great example of what customer service ought to look like - shambles!

My experience at this store on 31st October deserves 100 stars! A massive thank you to Tracy the shop assistant that dressed me for my 50th Birthday celebrations. I literally felt like a film star coming out of the changing room in a dress I never normally would have had the confidence to even try on, let alone buy! Not only that, I bought a dress and two pairs of trousers!!!! Be assured, I will be writing to head office to praise the exceptional sevice offered by the whole team, but Tracy in particular, who literally took all the pressure off and made me feel amazing! x
