        I had a problem with my Bluetooth speaker (bought from Richer Sounds 3 years ago). The assistant suggested a possible solution and also demonstrated 2 alternative speakers if the suggested solution failed.

        On the Saturday I visited the shop it was very busy & a couple who were interested in a large TV kept one the staff tied up for ages which ment the other chap was dealing with everyone else so it was a long wait until I was served. The 2 guys on the tills were very helpful though so it is not a reflection on them.
