Absolutely awful set up Had some lights switched on so we could try and see what we were doing around the car unfortunately the owner of the company decided to kick off about that come across very rude. Fair enough if having a light on is not included in the extortionate prices they charge but at least approach that in a different way maybe even put a sign up ??? Absolutely dreadful. Since our car has been there it has to be washed on exit it the building as the dust is incredible no reduction of rates for this or no protection offered or placed over the car. After another lecture from the owners son who tells us dont ever question Keith hes the MD we offered to remove the car but they are now trying to tie us up in knots over contracts. Following on from that he phoned my business partner asking for more in writing We will toe the line then counter claim for the valets on the car. If you want your car safe, secure & clean look elsewhere dont be bullied.
