Disorganised and unreliable. An appointment was arranged for a quote but they failed to turn up. When I chased up the appointment myself, after waiting in, I was told they had COVID and would not be attending. These things happen but they did not have the common courtesy to inform me of this, wasting my time. Insincere on the phone and excuse given was I could not find your details, despite me providing these very clearly via email.

Prior to Dragonscape Devon our garden was barely fit for purpose. Furthermore it was constructed above the damp proof course thus ensuring rising damp into our home. Our garden was on two levels, the upper being a mixture of horrendous paving slabs that were breaking apart, the bottom practically a bog, and between the two levels was a grassy slope, a shoddy set of stairs, and 4 very large, angular granite blocks. On the lower level there was a water collection unit, a shed, and an access door to our garage. Upon agreement of 3D rendered images of the design provided by Dragonscape Devon work was started for the 6 week long project. The majority of the garden was changed to a single level with a retaining wall, adding roughly an extra 15 square meters of space. This included a small section of lawn, a stretch of filled raised sleeper beds against our wall, and porcelain tiles. Around the sides is now a steel wire barrier which not only looks modern but does not visually enclose the upper area. A new set of stairs was constructed leading to our garden gate and a porcelain pathway leading to our water unit, shed, and garage access door. Gravel is spread around the edges of the tiles to provide water drainage. I would rate the team of Dragonscape Devon a 10/10. Professional, friendly, and considerate of our needs (even when changed our minds of design and added extra requests). The quality of the work was absolute top notch too, so much so that we're having them back to do our front of house stretch next year. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Chris and his team (Mark, Harry & Phil) were polite and professional, kept us informed all the way through the process. We have recently moved into a new build in the last 12 months, the garden was like k2. Chris visited and gave us some ideas and a quotation. Lead time was long but no longer than anyone else, in fact they started earlier than initially anticipated. He came up with a plan and suggestions, one of which was to put stone cladding on the retaining wall which is a show stopper. Harry and Mark were with us for the lion share of the time and they were excellent. I would highly recommend this company for any garden projects you may have. If you're like me you are a bit sceptical about getting value for money, as nothing is cheap but you pay for quality and that's what we got. Thanks guys, was sorry to see you go, but glad to have it finished.
