        I would recommend anyone to either rent a property through Athlestans or use them to manage a rental property. Emma who manages the lettings side is incredibly helpful, efficient, responsive to calls/messages. Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly and Emma kept me updated on any outstanding matters when needed and then dealt with the return of the deposit at the end of the tenancy very quickly. Being a landlord myself Athelstans Lettings had all the qualities you would look for either as tenant or a landlord. Just excellent.
