Ivor Doble

We have used Ivor Doble, Cowick Street for battery replacement and repairs. Staff are brilliant and very friendly and helpful... replaced broken clasp on St Christopher chain bought from them a year ago with no charge.

I have been a customer of Ivor Doble for many years and the staff in the Cowick Street shop are brilliant and the service is excellent. They always are very helpful, they go out of their way to find what you need. I have had many repairs to jewellery and watches carried out in a timely manner and they always ring to let you know your item is ready for collection. A First Class Service.

We bought our weddings bands from Dobles and had the most wonderful experience. The team were friendly and knowledgeable, and they patiently explained the answers to our many questions. We found the prices to be very similar to hight street jewellers, but we were able to make lots of the changes and adjustments (such as fitting around my engagement band) that we couldn't find elsewhere. Would highly recommend and we're really grateful to the Dobles team for all their advice and kindness.

Very good service very helpful very friendly I have used Ivor Doble a couple of times now For watch straps which Im happy with & my gold ring which had to be cut off because of Swollen fingers which was repaired its looks amazing you would never know it has been Cut & repaired,I will definitely be using Ivor Doble again
