We used this company to move us out of our property and put our belongings into storage. The whole process was quick, efficient and stress free for us. Some months later they moved us into another property and again efficient, and professional is how I would describe the team. Nothing was too much trouble, the team were very hardworking, pleasant and the whole process once again was stress free. I would wholeheartedly recommend this Exeter team.

Just had the pleasure of watching one of your lorries on the A361 drive down the wrong side of a solid white lined main road, past all the queuing traffic, past the several cars pulled across the road to block the road, past several people waving for him to stop - SO HE COULD PLOUGH STRAIGHT THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF A ROAD TRAFFIC ACCIDENT WITH CARS AND CASUALTIES STILL BEING ASSESSED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD! he then continued on the wrong side of the road until he was clear of the accident; which he drove through at some speed, to continue on his way. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, there were injured people and those assisting the casualties in the road, debris everywhere, but clearly delivering is far more important than their safety and well being. Truly disgusting driving.

Used Bishops move 4 years ago they were excellent at the time so they were the first stop this time however the person who answered the phone could've have been less intreasted wanted me to do a video to quote (not wanted) so after some time said that the quickest some could visit would be a month away so droped them the owners of the company must have changed or prehaps this is another case of blame it on covid!

I used Bishops as many years ago I worked for this company when they were Bishops Blatchpack. In those days it was a professional company. I paid for a full packing and home moving service. On the day of my move ne of the team kept moaning about having so many things to pack, suggesting I just throw my belongings away. When we arrived at my new house one of the moving team just walked off the job before even starting to unload my belongings into my house, saying it was close to his house and he was going home. The rest of the team then just dumped most of my belongings in the back garden, rather than placing them into the rooms they need to go into. I spent the next couple of days moving all my boxes and furniture into my house. There was a lot of minor damage to my furniture, picture frames and other belongings. Nothing significant enough to claim on insurance, but significant enough to notice. A number of my possessions went missing (eg. all my fishing gear and some of my musical equipment) which i didn't realise until a couple of weeks later. Overall they made what was already a stressful experience of moving house into a total nightmare. Services: In-state moving, Local moving, Packing & moving supplies
