Ever since starting with horizon they have accommodated me so well! I started when I was pregnant and on return from maternity leave they were very supportive and helpful with sorting my hours and childcare. The free nursery hours is such a big help, and really made it easier for me to return to work after my leave. Sometimes I will admit, the care runs can be stressful especially having no travel time, but you grow to get used to this and what care company doesnt have its stressful moments. I feel they are a very rewarding company to work for, and have such wonderful clients and staff. The training is amazing and better than any training I have had in previous companies, this is definitely beneficial if you are brand new starting a carer job. Thanks horizon staff for all your support!

I have worked for this company for nearly four years and they are a brilliant employer, I have received lots of support from management and the other carers are kind and professional.
