Work drys up at the Tesco Contract for no reason with no replacement work forcing you to look for another job!! Unreliable income!

I started doing agency work with Backline in 2019 after spending most of my working life in the forces. As a complete novice to HGV driving and the logistics industry the staff at the Exeter office have always been absolutely brilliant. They are very supportive and do everything they can to accommodate my availability and preferences. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Ive been working with Backline for along time, Emma Tim & Donna have always kept me busy and always gone the extra mile to give me work. Even now Im a full time dad and theyve worked exceptionally hard to give me work on the days I have available Emma is absolutely amazing with getting me work to fit my time scales and I honestly cant thank her/them enough for the hard work they put it to get me work

Have worked for many agencies In the past and I can honestly say backline are the best . There's not enough stars to rate them. Their clients are good, the people in the office are amazing, the wages are good, weekly pay and they invest in you ie training, cpc etc. I plan to stay with them for many years to come. If you are thinking of joining an agency backline are the way forward. Give them a call you won't regret it.

I have worked for a number of employment agencies over the years but I have to say that Backline are by far the best, friendly and competent staff coupled with excellent training opportunities, better than average regular weekly pay, free uniform (PPE) and great quality assignments make it a pleasure to work here. Nothing is too much trouble for Tim and his cheerful team at the Marsh Barton Office, in fact I have come to count them as friends as well as colleagues :-)
