        John at Orchid went well beyond expectations in helping me sort out requirements for setting up a headset microphone having bought his Mic Mute Lite. The mute is a substantial well made item fit for a robust life, the quality of both the product and service backup cannot be overstated, most refreshing, I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
