This place does not exist. It is a taxi company Also - budget forgot about our car reservation. So not only did we have no car but no idea where to go for assistance. Phone number provided went several times to VM till I finally got thru to somebody. They were able to find the reservation but 'don't know what happened'... now they don't have the type of vehicle I specifically reserved and paid for. This was all done directly through their website and not through a third party...it was finally resolved but took an hour and we missed our appointment at our onward destination...

Recently I rented a car from Budget. This was my first with Budget. I chose it as it is one of the many rental car companies in Exeter that has a "greet and meet" service at Saint David's Railway Station. It was convenient and close to the hotel I was staying. The first car which I drove for a couple of days was quite a disappointment. In my opinion, it was a car that needed a major overhaul. The car was not washed and internally unclean too. However the subsequent car that I drove for the last few days of my stay was great. It was well-maintained and cleaned. Daniel was also helpful and flexible with the car drop-off arrangement.
