From my very first dealings with Apollo in Exeter to the very last, I cannot speak highly enough of the service. The initial assessment of my vehicle was thorough and explained to me. The reception staff, Byron and Ellie are exceptional, how the two of them manage and juggle such a busy environment is admirable, and with a smile and a professionally friendly attitude. My vehicle was collected from my home address on time and on the date agreed. The delivery driver was very courteous and friendly, whilst the courtesy vehicle I had on loan was spotlessly clean and a brand new vehicle. My vehicle needed 2 repairs, initially it was only scheduled for 1, however, Apollo handled this with no fuss, no drama and no issue. There were a few minor niggles when I collected my vehicle once the repairs had been completed, a scuff plate and a wiper cap hadn't been refitted and a door switch no longer worked. This was rectified with no fuss whatsoever, and another brand new courtesy car lent to me for the couple of days. Simon the bodyshop manager was superb, again friendly polite and nothing seemed to much trouble. Byron and Ellie deserve a pay rise for the way they handle such a busy environment. To me, if a body repair business is busy, that's a great sign. And judging by the high quality repairs to my vehicle, it's easy to see why. Top marks Apollo Exeter. Services: Body & Trim, Painting

Gave me a quote for a repair, a little expensive methinks but I have nothing to compare to so that might be unfair. Nice friendly staff.

Excellent service. Directed to this repairer by my Insurance company. Did a good job following accident damage to my car, friendly helpful reception staff. Job completed ahead of schedule.
