        I visited on several occasions before purchasing my necklace (which is Stunning) each time the staff were helpful and happy to spend time with me whilst I tried the necklace on... on the occasion I did buy the necklace it was wrapped, beautifully and the lady was so lovely.

        Absolutely appalling service in Exeter. One of the staff was very flirty towards my husband . Disgusting ! you are here to serve your customers not flirt with them . Totally disgusting !

        I bought my engagement and wedding ring from the Exeter store. The deputy I believe is called Sam, was attentive, polite and approachable. However, the store manager who served me once out of the 3 times, was difficult and rude. Absolutely ruin my experience with the company. I will never shop there again. He had appalling customer service and created an unnecessary atmosphere. Extremely childish and disrespectful

        Went in to Pick up my antique RADO Alarm Watch. It was sent away to be serviced and working again,but there is one part they can't get anymore . Sam in the Jewellery Shop was really helpful and was a great help to us. So Thank You Very Much. Stephen Ford.
