BUYERS BEWARE!! Absolutely awful experience, over measured and therefore over charged. Recommend you go to a local independent than use this company who simply do not care nor have any customer service skills.

My dad used carpet right to do his hallway landing and stairs as a surprise for his wife as she was away for a few days,but unfortunately the fitters wasn't given enough carpet to do the whole job in the first place,the fitters done a brilliant job so far,but unfortunately have to come back next week to finish off the job,very disappointing with carpet right.

I've gone back to Carpetright for mooching, information and all types of flooring over 30 years. Yes, I've gone to local traders, but always returned to Carpetright. I've taken their advice on preparation and underlays and ended up being told that I don't need it now. The staff know their products and their fitters could carpet an igloo! Would not go anywhere else.
