The best physio youll ever see. I had an appointment with Jo to work through some shin issues that had arisen through running. Jo was excellent throughout, super knowledgeable and informed. She provided great advice and explained everything along the way, even checking in a few weeks later to see how things were getting on. I would definitely recommend!

I had three sessions of treatment for a knee injury with physiotherapist Jo Avery in which she taught me much about home training. She was professional, enthusiastic and fun. She has a wealth of experience and extensive qualifications and is well connected with the local NHS. I am nearly fully healed having followed her advice and I had every faith that I was in good hands from the moment I walked (hobbled !) into the clinic. Do not hesitate to book your appointment. I really could not be more pleased with my recovery as this has occurred without any medical intervention and is based entirely on tailored exercises, rest and time. Jo also gave me good guidance on safe limits to my daily activities and restored my self confidence early on in my rehabilitation.

i would give more than 5 stars if allowed. From the moment I walked in I felt listened to, felt they cared and a diagnosis was made very quickly. I was quickly on a path for treatment and follow up. I could not have asked for better care. Highly recommend.
