        Visited their showroom at Darts Farm interested in buying the small AGA 60. Found all of the staff really helpful, attentive and the process from purchase to installation was straight forward, helped by their guidance throughout. Had a great experience and delighted with my new Dartmouth Blue AGA!! :)

        The people that work for this company are rude, misleading and when you challenge them on their poor service regarding a significant order they are outright hostile. They also have a store in Exeter city. When I dealt with their "customer service manager" based at this second store he literally shouted at me down the phone before issuing a refund. If I could I would give them zero stars.
