Came here to repair a bracelet which Id bought for my wife a few years ago. Staff were friendly and really knowledgable and got it sorted quickly. Would definitely come back!

Purchased a gold necklace which was tarnnished. As we were on holiday in Torquay it was not possible to return. It shd never have been sold in this state. It didn't help that the intetior lighting was poor. My husbsnd has bought me at least one item of jewellery from this shop for the last 18 years, before the covid pandemic. We will never return. Very disappointing.
