        David was really helpful and friendly. He didnt make us feel pressured or rushed and didnt try to hard sell in fact he showed us some cheaper options to what we were looking at and took in consideration things like children and pets. we came away happy with our decision. Thank you very much

        Doing a full house renovation. Visited the store to find laminate flooring. Customer service was condescending and seemed to think I couldnt afford the flooring I was asking for. I was asked what I do for work. Have since had no follow up after giving details for a quote, will be definitely be going elsewhere.

        My 80 year old, vulnerable Dad made the mistake of using carpet right in Exeter. Unbelievable. Had a fitting date agreed at the end of March. They didnt turn up. Then they re booked. Again didnt turn up. He received numerous emails with further fitting dates. Again didnt turn up. When he called he was told to ignore the emails as they are system generated and arent true. A glitch. Another date given. Another no show. Still no carpets and its mid April. I believe they are just putting him at the back of the queue because hes old and vulnerable. Shocking firm. Shame on them. I will be seeing a solicitor next.
