I received excellent service by Martin at Boots Opticians today. He was so amazingly helpful in repairing my glasses, not only he rescued a pair I liked, but he was so kind and nice, I really can't thank him enough.

They dont answer the phone . You call press the button for what you want, rings forever then when you want opticians it transfers you to Advantage card, its a disgrace. Sort your phones Exeter

A great opticians. Always the feeling of a thorough sight test and very helpful in a recent contact lens trial. Perhaps most importantly, absolutely brilliant in helping me with a problem relating to a split contact lens (cheap online one; do not bother!). I really, genuinely appreciate it. Great service. Knowledgeable folk. Very polite people. Thanks very much. Edit: I would also add that on a couple of occasions they have gone to the trouble of sending me a letter at very short notice when I have not responded to emails. Once again, much appreciated.
