I've paid for reflexology treatments (foot, face and oriental head massage) with various practitioners for over 20 years, but they lapsed when I left work. Then I found Morag at Tola Health. She is, without doubt the best reflexologist I've had, and I love her treatments. I leave her comfortable and welcoming treatment room super relaxed, and invariably with any niggling aches resolved. I spend far too much time hunched over my bench, failing to stretch. This past year, because she's not been permitted to open due to the C-19 lockdown I've really missed my treatments; the lack of them has highlighted that her reflexology gives me demonstrable health benefits. I wrenched a finger during the first lockdown, and it hasn't been quite right for nearly 12 months. I mentioned it to Morag at my first treatment when she reopened, so last week, nearly a year on she gave me a hand reflexology treatment. Since then the clicking and discomfort has been significantly reduced Clean, safe and welcoming; expert, friendly and professional - I'm constantly grateful to have treatments with Tola Health.
