What a beautiful spot surrounded by talented and enthusiastic and passionate trainers with extreme amount of knowledge from the basics to the most advanced techniques in Thai boxing. Lucky enough they have a coach there who has had over 150 fights. He is from Thailand and he is the one and only coach lucky But lets not forget , coach Sunny who is all so master at technique vary skilled. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to do Thai boxing at any level all are always

I joined the Ladies Only Kickboxing group here at the start of January not knowing how much I would enjoy Muay Thai, and now Sundays are my favourite day of the week. Honestly, I went in that first day expecting the session to be good but was greatly unprepared for just how much fun it would be! The coaches here are so great and super supportive, really help you understand the moves and are amazing at breaking it down so you can do stuff at your own fitness level, whilst also challenging and encouraging you to push yourselves to improve and making you believe that yes, you can do it. Couldnt recommend this place enough if youre interested in Muay Thai, and especially the Womens Sunday session for the ladies that are a bit wary and intimidated about joining a martial arts group like thisseriously, its worth it. All the other students are also so friendly and supportive, and wed love to see any newcomers pop in and give it a go, and hopefully fall in love with Muay Thai like we did!
