        Awful company. Communication terrible. Management style horrific and are quite happy to take your money and booking and then never contact you

        Booked a Photobooth package with one company, who were part of Complete but then sold up post-pandemic. Complete took over but it didnt live up the expectation we were sold at point of sale. A refund amount was agreed but through a series of errors, this was escalated by Roxy in the sales team who was very helpful and understanding of my frustrations and finally dealt with by the director Joe who issued us the refund and satisfied our complaint in full.

        Had a few issues which took several weeks to resolve. Eventually Joe stepped in and rectified the problem. Happy that we finally have a resolution to our concerns.
