Barry of Beach Brothers gave wrong advice on Saicos Hardwax oil. Never returned calls, had to travel to store to get help, promises of Oliver Beach will sort after his meeting never heard from them again. All I wanted was help from them for the big problem caused by theyre bad advice, they have all the things to cure the problem! But no call or help came from Barry or Oliver. Had to redo the floor, never go there again. Found the same hardwax oil online at 30% less. Bye bye the highly Recomended Beach Brothers.

Despite some confusion, possibly on both sides, re some additional stain. I got a substantial engineered oak floor from Beach Bros. Fantastic product and at a competitive price. Amazing showroom.

Fantastic, ordered wood to construct a desk. Excellent customer service, goods were well packed and it came in a reasonable time. Knowledge and advice from seemingly experienced staff was useful.
