Hunter Stoves Limited

I am going to give them one star for one reasons. They divert all enquires to their suppliers. This morning Ive tried calling the closest one - no answer (have emailed previously and they made no efforts to reply to an email requesting a visit to look at the work). Call the next one and they didnt even know what a Jetmaster was! Call the 3rd one and all they would do is sell me a new fire place. I am having issues due to the fact the former director of jetmaster told the person who installed my fire that retaining pins are not needed when fitting. None were fitted and now its creeping forward and leaking insulation all over the harth! I am not interested in sending some email to black hole, I want to speak to a human and find a supplier who will sort it!

I recently asked Hunter for advice on buying replacement stove rope for a Hunter stove I inherited with the house. I supplied diagrams, photos and measurements. I was advised the product number to send for. When it arrived it was totally wrong and I had to return it. I received the money back for the rope but have not received anything for the initial postage or return postage. As it was their mistake, I consider this to be a complete rip-off. How unprofessional and hopeless when they are the manufacturers of the stove but cannot give the correct information. I would never replace this stove with another Hunter after this beyond useless customer care experience.

I needed a new base plate for my log burner because my old one cracked over time. It was delivered promptly and in plenty of protection and is now doing its job well.
