Good service but not obvious where the customer service centre is. Watch out for the HGVs

absolutely horrendous service, this is the closest depot to us and we have to drive 30 mins to get there, 1st thing am, only to be told to come back later because the guy was on his own and he couldn't be bothered.

Im a masters student here from America. My mother overnighted some important things to me to be delivered on Friday March 31st. I followed the shipping online through a 3rd party site and the package sat in Exeter (not at the UPS facility) Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. Each day a different excuse like mechanical delay or extenuating circumstance. Im leaving the country for a trip and cant go without this package (medication). Its also temperature sensitive and time sensitive as I cant stop taking. I spoke to UK customer service on Monday morning after having to cancel my trip (I was supposed to leave earlier), who promised me that my package was on the delivery truck out for delivery. It didnt arrive and has been reschedule yet again. Im supposed to leave tomorrow at 11am and called customer service again last night. They put in an urgent message to the Exeter team and I pray that my medication arrives first thing this morning otherwise Im out another $1,000. This has been one of the most maddening and stressful situations and its absolutely unnecessary. For a massive company like UPS, one branch to be dropping the ball again and again is unacceptable and you must do better. Ive asked several times if I can just come pick it up from the depot as Im only 30 minutes away and been told no. Its a shame that a few people in Exeter are giving such a bad name to a world wide company and messing with peoples lives.

The worst courier ever. Customer service calls are going to Philippine and they are struggling to get the correct information. Never recommend.
