        Colin was very helpful from A to Z. I needed an urgent repair to one of my windows with a Tilt and Turn mechanism that had been mangled by a previous tenant and Colin managed to not only fit me into his busy schedule, but also he successfully repaired the window there and then, just in time before the new tenants moved in. Also he was very polite and on time and did his job well and did not leave a mess behind, so all round 5 stars!
