Andy has been brilliant, he has completed some maintenance and garden improvement work to a high standard and been really approachable to help with other questions and issues I had around the house and has been able to fix them really quickly. Andy converted an existing garage into a bedroom, also remodelled a rear laundry room into a shower room and has also done lots of general maintenance at the property. Cannot speak highly enough of Andy, very reliable, highest standard of workmanship, great value, friendly, always on hand to offer advice even when not on a job. I wont use anyone else and have already booked in again for early next year to do a rear garden renovation. Cannot recommend highly enough, top top builder. We cannot recommend Andy highly enough. He has done work for us on multiple occasions of various different kinds (e.g. plumbing, building, chimney repairs, etc.) and it has always been completed promptly and to an exceedingly high standard. He has always gone above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with the final results. He is personable, efficient, and takes care to keep his work area tidy as well, which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be asking Andy for help again in the future.

Andy did all the groundwork to convert our garage into a usable office space - laid a damp proof membrane, insulated the floor, walls and roof, replaced windows and doors, and installed lighting and sockets via another contractor. He also moved a gateway from one outside wall to another and built a new gate to fit, with associated fence and wall work. We were really impressed with Andy throughout - his communication, reliability and integrity, as well as being a really easy person to have around! Andy quoted for the work, with the current standard proviso about the cost of materials, and the time he allowed for labour was spot on, with materials nor far off budget, given the quote happened at least 9 months before the project.
