I'm a regular swimmer who attends everyday. So I give it four stars simply because the changing rooms stink and I much prefer to spend as little time in them as possible. But the building is super old so I won't knock it any further. It's expected. However, I do enjoy attending for a swim. I find the pool is a great size (given the numbers are monitored) and I can get a great swim in each day. I love the staff - they are all exceptionally polite and will speak to you in between swims, or even acknowledge you when they're lifeguarding. If you need help with anything, the staff, including the receptionists, will go out of their way to help you. As someone who is alone and tends to be at the pool by myself, it's nice that the staff, including the managers, will come over and have a conversation. I find it very pleasant.
