First experience with a leasing company and will always be going to them first for our cars. We had Sam as our account manager and he went above and beyond sorting out the deal for us after we had issues part exchanging our current car elsewhere, Sam was straight on it getting us a great offer on our current car so we could go ahead with the new car. Would recommend them to everyone; the whole team is extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Rubish! Even with an excelent credit score and a salary 10 times the monthly leasing costs they didnt approve my lease! pathetic

Although I decided not to go ahead with the deal Ben from Carparison offered me, I found the prices highly competitive and the service exemplary. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Highly appropriate that I leave a review about the customer service that I received from Carparison when I leased my Tesla Model Y from them in July. I was particularly impressed - especially after dealing with, what felt like, a bunch of cowboys prior to getting in touch with the company. It felt almost as if some companies had rounded up a load of "old school" car salesmen from the (soon to be defunct!) car show rooms and sat them next to telephones.. so many arrogant, dodgy and game playing people (V******a was the absolute worst!). When I called Carparison it was my last throw of the dice - if they had have been the same sort of people I had already decided that I was going to give up and start again in 2023 when EVs were less rare. I mentioned the customer service to a good friend and colleague of mine when he took my new Tesla for a quick spin and he was impressed with both the car and my experiences with your company. So impressed in fact that last week he decided he wanted his own Tesla Model Y and contacted Carparison to get one! So - just a reminder to the Carparison team to keep on doing what you are doing! A good recommendation is clearly worth a lot, especially when there are so many dodgy dealers around. Buying/Leasing a car on the internet feels very very risky and companies like yours are doing the right things in order to make the customer feel safe and supported! Thank you.
