I used Stephens Scown to assist me with my EU settlement appeal. Lisa and Luke really went above and beyond to make this happen. I cannot recommend them enough, they kept communication constant and I was informed every step of the way. I am truly grateful to have found them.

I wasn't overwhelmed with the experience with Stephens Scown. Yes on the surface they were professional, friendly and quick at returning emails/calls. However under the surface several emails were never received and on completion there still were documents missing that I never received. I think more could have been done especially with such a 'bent' opposition. Kai did reassure me and was very good but let down by the points mentioned above 3* overall. Then there was the conveyancing side! Again emails lost in cyberspace and the main person dealing with this was never in leaving a trainee to fulfill the task in hand. This was very stressful with the simplest of tasks not fulfilled. Karolina stating they had been done when in fact they hadn't. You paid full price for this but got the monkey. 6 times I had to chase them up to ensure my mortgage provider received the documents. So bad that I ended up sending them myself,! Not at all impressed and yet another poor firm. Good ones are few and far between. Thankfully I've now found one. Wouldn't recommend Stephens Scown as overpriced for the service you got which just left me flat. More could have been done so overall it's just 2* .

I worked with Andy Barton of Stephens Scown over a number of years on my stop-start divorce. We got it done finally. Andy was friendly and professional throughout, and explained things very clearly to a non-expert like me. His advice was very good. I would recommend him highly.
