        The initial service was very good, I couldnt fault it and Andy was extremely efficient but after sales has been terrible not one of my calls or emails over the last month have had a response. I never received a walk through video prior to delivery as promised. On arrival there was a couple of flaws on the car which I was not informed about. I had queried about some marks when I initially enquired about the car and I was reassured they would wipe off during its valet which they never. Manager agreed to get one of the repairs carried out locally and I am still not reimbursed. The other fault I will need to repair myself. I will never use this garage again and be very wary of ever purchasing a car online in future.
