The butternut squash was Slightly undercooked, I believe Onto the prawns. They are a nice size. Especially for England's standards. They've be "king prawns" Prawns were very fresh and cooked fully Mainly good crisp on prawns but multiple areas where batter is soft All the tempura was soft. Not the crisp I'd expect from tempura at all. Karaage 6/10 Karaage chicken is marinated chicken thighs mainly using soy and ginger. The karaage today has a Nice flavor.very succulent , perfectly cooked meat wise, However the Batter is again soft. Not crispy at all. I believe the batter issues is due to oil temperature Tonkotsu Tonkotsu one of the most iconic ramen. The signature drinking meal, mealy known for its full meaty/ umami flavour and the fat in the broth. 9/10 Best authentic broth hands down in the country. Full fat as it should be. However it is let down by cold charsui, the Egg perfectly made . Soft boiled, and then cooled in the fridge and stained by soy. Service 10 / 10 . Every time they brought me food they would make sure my tea cup was filled . Food is kinda a let down. As I've heard so much hype for this place. 7/10 is my overal review Price: 31.30 Kinda overpriced for the quality of the cooking
