Shocking service, business broadband. Still no install after nearly 3 months. No communication from them what so ever, have chased everything all the way. Be very wary of this company they really are useless.

I've had Jurassic Fibre since last June/ July after moving to an area they serve. Being stuck with 40mb broadband for 4 years before that I went straight in on the 450mb package and it's honestly the best broadband I've had so far. No connection issues, no speed issues even when using VPN's, no issues with any of the staff I've spoken to. I'm also paying less than I did with PlusNet, Sky and BT in the past and getting much faster speeds. Installation was completed on the day given, the engineers didn't make a mess and even took time to explain a few bits, didn't block neighbours drives etc Read the good and bad reviews as they are both valid and worth asking about when signing up but be wary some negative reviews don't relate to the product at all. People mention issues with permits stopping their installation. I didn't have this issue but own my house, a friend is waiting to be connected but did have the same issue and delays because of communication issues been Jurassic fibre and the housing team who had to approve a Wayleave for the install. In return the company have offered a gesture of goodwill and given him a new customer offer better than his original one. People have complained the router isn't very good and you can't use your own. I've had no problems but can't change DNS settings, password, router name etc. However, you can use your own router but need to get the office team to switch the JF router to bridge mode for you.

Wifi in the house is slower in some areas, but has never dropped below 70mbps. The service in general though is outstanding, 200-300mbps on most tvs and firesticks and 400ish on tablets and mobiles. When we had an issue with the way the sub contractors had installed the cable outside the house the issue was quickly resolved. One of the jurassic engineers personally watched over and supervised the fix to make sure it was to a high standard. This is a testament to the service they seem to be aiming to provide.

Jurassic fibre recently carried out some street work in order to connect the fibre. The work was carried out right outside my mums house, I was having to go in and out to her several times that day and the guys working there were amazing. Offering to help, stopping work to allow us to safely pass. They couldn't have been more considerate!
