        Terrible cover offered, misleading terms in the schedule what is really covered is buried under misleading terms. Catastrophic consequences outside my control led me to cancel a trip and still not covered. What is the point?

        I would never use this company again. After paying a premium price for travel insurance to cover a family members cancer, the cover was then withdrawn when their treatment plan changed even though their previously declared condition remained the same. To make it worse Travel Insurance 4 Medical refused to refund the full amount of the cost and only reimbursed us 75%. I am unclear why they claim to be a specialist company for medical conditions and would never use them again.
