Impressive service for Voluntary Liquidation at the most reasonable cost. David, Dan, Nathan, Vicky and the Receptionist all made the process smooth and effortless for me. They were very professional, responsive and efficient, Nathan even responding to me OOH; they clearly set out the process from the outset and actioned everything promptly with no hiccoughs. I chose Kirks Insolvency Service because they had a document that described the insolvency process and their service. The document on Voluntary Insolvency was useful as it is a once in a lifetime experience for me. The voluntary insolvency service was painless but was slowed by Covid. The final step with HMRC took 24 months as opposed to their goal of three months, this was 'because of Covid'. I do not quite understand how most of the world coped with Covid but HMRC went into complete melt down. I do not hold Kirks responsible for this.
