We have been lucky enough to have been working with Kate (Rebel HR) for the last few years. She helped us revamp our company values, re-wrote our employment contract and team handbook to bring them into alignment. Kate helps us with all our HR needs giving advice on employment law and all manner of HR topics including those relating to issues encountered during the pandemic. My wife and I used to work for large hospitality businesses and left to set off on the adventure of starting our own caf called Olivers Pantry which has gone on to be a great success.
