        Lived here for over a year now, only pain is the pavements. I know the roads are only temp while building goes on but I cant get up or down with the buggy sometimes esp when cars park on the pavements

        The quality of the outside of our house is appalling and downright embarrassing. The constant broken promises to rectify these identified and agreed upon issues is our biggest concern. Treating your customers with this kind of disrespect is one thing we have experienced with bloor before but to treat us like we are stupid by sending someone round to do minor adhoc repairs and ignoring the glaring obvious bigger issues is on another level. I can assure you that this will not stop us from ensuring Bloor homes is accountable for the poor quality. I will make it my mission to post the poor quality on every social media platform until Bloor step up and for fill their promises.
