        Great hotel, close to town centre. Comfortable beds, very clean. Breakfast was very tasty. Host was very friendly and kind. Really helpful 100% Will definitely book again when in exeter next. Thanks

        Room was fine and bed comfy. But when booked we were promised a full cooked breakfast, but when we arrived we were told they had stopped that some time ago and instead it was a very sad and cheap continental, so we were forced to go elsewhere. Management have refused to contact us to discuss compensation for the change in deal from what was booked and prepaid for. Room ok, clean and comfy bed.
