We absolutely love coming back to Topsham, and Hazel and the cottage are high on the list of reasons for why we do! It's a lovely spot, tucked away in the centre of the restfully bustling (or is that bustlingly restful..?) village. The property is well equipped and within a short stroll of lots of amenities such as shops, restaurants and pubs. Easy to get to lots of places locally (the train station is a 5-10 minute walk away), but equally a pleasure just to nest in the snug cottage. Hazel is always a generous host, and a pleasure to chat with. Just one point to note is that the stairs are steep and narrow, so if you have accessibility constraints then you'll need to consider this.
